Loco Tacos started with two tired hombres, a love of proper Mexican street food, and a plan to bring it to Ballarat. The truck rolls out across the region in 2026, cooking fresh street tacos that taste the way they should.
Loco Tacos cooks with the freshest ingredients sourced directly from local farmers and Ballarat businesses, because we believe in supporting the community that feeds us. Every item on the menu is 100 per cent gluten free, so the whole table can dig in.
